I hold over 10 years of experience helping executives, colleagues, and yes, even close friends, navigate the recent boom of diversity, equity and inclusion with an action-oriented, non-judgemental approach. As a Certified Diversity Executive and millennial educator, I lead with proven strategies through a culturally relevant and relatable lens. I've got your back!

I received my Bachelor of Science degree in business from South Carolina State University, a treasured historically black university, and I received my Master of Education degree from the University of West Georgia in professional counseling and college student affairs.

After graduate school, I worked at the assistant, associate, and executive director levels at colleges, universities, and the second largest school district in the state of South Carolina, serving 50,000 students and supporting over 80 schools and principals with diversity initiatives.

My core philosophy includes laughter, rest, and dance. May ALL people feel empathy, equity, justice and love.
